CANCELLATION POLICY
► Booking done on Nikkmart is subject to cancellation charge levied by the airline along with Nikkmart charge mention below, which may vary according to Flight and booking class.
► Some booking may be non-refundable as per the airline’s policy.
► Some booking cannot be cancelled partially as per airline’s policy.
► Cancellation can be done online from booking section or by sending an email to Nikkmart.
► Any cancellation of the ticket done by email will be entertained within 24 Hrs.
► Any cancellation/voidation of the ticket will be entertained only till 1900 Hrs.
► In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refund will be given according to airline charges along with our service charge as below mentioned. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don’t entertain any cancelation request.
► If the payment is not made on time, Nikkmart can cancel all the PNR,s/Ticket any time without an prior notice.
REFUND POLICY
► Refund against the cancellation of air ticket will be credited within 72 hours, directly in agent wallet from which payment was made after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines.
► Nikkmart shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in case the airlines close their operations or declare as insolvent.
► However if payment is recovered from airline in upper situation , refund will be credited within 72 hours, directly in agent wallet from which payment was made.
► Voiding would be as per the airline norms plus Rs. 100/- per ticket as Nikkmart will Charge.
► Refund charges would be as per the airline norms plus Rs. 150/- per ticket as Nikkmart will charge.
► There will not be adjusting of the refund in the payment schedule. Refund will be given back to the agent whenever we have received it from airline.
► Money credited to the Nikkmart virtual wallet will not be credited back to individual /agents bank account.
